The concept being that we are teaching them what to do (tactical) and then how to do it better (technical)
The modern game is all about movement and footwork therefore we concentrate on the building the athlete first and the player second. Focus is on the A,B,C,S (Agility, Balance, co-ordination, speed/strength) Our tennis coaching is “situational” which means we create situations which will arise in matches and learn what to do.
